Dexter is the Founder and CEO of Iron Brotherhood and a business owner at Keystone Construction and Big Bertha Metals.
Based in Kentucky, he works in construction and metal manufacturing industries, helping lead companies that serve contractors, homeowners, and communities across the region. With a focus on hard work, integrity, and strong Biblical values, Dexter is passionate about building businesses that reflect quality, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Dexter and his wife, Caitlyn are raising two sons and are committed to building a Christ-centered home where faith, discipline, and strong values are lived out daily. Beyond business and family, Dexter is deeply passionate about helping men break isolation and step into the lives God created them to live.
Through Iron Brotherhood, he works to challenge and equip men to know God, make Him known, and lead with strength and responsibility in their homes and communities. Driven by faith and a heart for service, Dexter believes strong men build strong families, thriving businesses, and lasting legacies.

Deion is the founder and CEO of Kingsman Garage Doors and Epoxy, as well as co-founder of the Iron Brotherhood.
Based in Russellville Kentucky, he leads a growing overhead door and epoxy floor company, serving contractors across the region. With a passion for excellence, integrity, and strong relationships, Deion focuses on delivering high-quality service while building a values-driven team.
Beyond business, Deion is deeply committed to helping men step into their God-given identity as leaders. Through Iron Brotherhood, he works to challenge and equip men to grow in faith, character, and responsibility in their homes, churches, and communities.
